As a well educated Christian, Bible reading and believing, you've probably came across the different studies about the origins of Christmas, which in reality is not a Christian observation at all. In fact, there's nothing in "Christ-Mas" that is Christian [not Biblically supported] other than the celebrations of Christ's birth, which was actually not even close to this time of the year, regardless. And it was added and justified by the Roman Catholic Church to attempt to get Christians to okay the celebration and draw them into it. Again, the birth of Jesus Christ in the scriptures does not take place in the month of December or even close, and after Jesus ascended into heaven there's no indication in any text in the New Testament of the disciples or apostles celebrating Jesus' birth either. I'll leave any further research in your hands to do, it's better if you look for these texts yourself.
The rituals in "Christ-Mas" are invoking your time and praise to a handful of idols and in some cases even Satanic in origin. Other than bringing the family together, there's really no spiritual value in celebrating Christmas. I have made the change in my life; I no longer celebrate these rituals either mentally or physically. I've freed myself from them (Gal. 4:6-11). We should strive to free ourselves from the mainstream's matrix of deception which is keeping everyone constantly brainwashed into a virtual reality of lies.

1 Hear the word which the Lord speaks to you, O house of Israel.
2 Thus says the Lord: Learn not the way of the [heathen] nations and be not dismayed at the signs of the heavens, though they are dismayed at them,
3 For the customs and ordinances of the peoples are false, empty, and futile; it is but a tree which one cuts out of the forest [to make for himself a god], the work of the hands of the craftsman with the ax or other tool.
4 They deck [the idol] with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers so it will not fall apart or move around.
5 [Their idols] are like pillars of turned work [as upright and stationary and immobile as a palm tree], like scarecrows in a cucumber field; they cannot speak; they have to be carried, for they cannot walk. Do not be afraid of them, for they cannot do evil, neither is it possible for them to do good [and it is not in them].
6 None at all is like You, O Lord; You are great, and Your name is great in might.
